Refund Policy

Refund eligibility

Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case. Duplicate payments, failed transactions and clear billing errors are typically eligible.

Non-refundable completed sessions

Once a parking session has started or been consumed, service charges are non-refundable.

Duplicate payment handling

If you were charged twice for the same session, the duplicate will be refunded to the original payment method.

Incorrect vehicle / zone entry

You are responsible for correct information. Refunds due to incorrect entries are not guaranteed.

Failed transactions

If a payment failed but you were charged, contact support with your receipt reference for reversal.

Processing timeline

Approved refunds are typically processed to your card within 5-10 business days, subject to bank processing times.
